Are Fat Badger cookies vegan certified?

You bet! We’ve taken the time to develop delicious recipes and verified each ingredient to the highest vegan standards—right down to the non-bone char sugar. We’re proud to be certified by Vegan.org.

Do Fat Badger cookies contain GMOs (genetically modified organisms)?

No way! Fat Badger cookies are non-GMO Project verified. We’re committed to quality, food safety and the ethical treatment of animals and have policies in place to ensure that we’re sourcing the highest quality ingredients in a responsible and sustainable manner.

Are Fat Badger cookies Kosher?

Yes! Our products are certified Kosher-Parve under the supervision of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. They inspect the facility, review and sanction all of our ingredients.

What are natural flavors listed in your ingredients?

Natural flavors are purified extracts from natural sources like spices, fruit, and vegetables. Natural flavors must meet strict FDA guidelines and safety criteria to be used in food. The natural flavors used in Fat Badger cookies don’t include synthetic, artificial or GMO derived ingredients.

What’s the shelf life of Fat Badger cookies?

Fresh cookies are the best cookies. Our team bakes to order and ships the same day. Because we don’t use with any pesky preservatives, we recommend that you devour your cookies within 2 weeks of delivery (if you can resist that long). If you have more self-control that we do, you can extend their life up to a month in the refrigerator and up to six months in the freezer.

Do Fat Badger cookies contain allergens?

Please know that all cookies contain wheat and soy. Some cookies may contain nuts or coconut. We have an allergen control plan in place and isolate cookies featuring nuts to the best of our abilities. We are a dairy, egg and peanut-free facility. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.

When will my order arrive?

Fat Badger cookies are baked and shipped the same day from our bakery in Bucks County, PA and our schedule is designed to ensure that your cookies get to their destination pronto. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be baked and shipped on Monday. We cannot guarantee orders if addresses are incomplete or incorrect. Also, shipping delays due to inclement weather may require more time.

How do I track my order?

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking number and information for your shipment. If you’re having trouble locating your package, our team is happy to help. Email us at [email protected]

Do you ship to hospitals and colleges?

Absolutely! We send care packages to college students and deliver cookie gifts to cheer hospital patients. Deliveries tend to wind up in the main mailroom, so please check to make sure your gift was received.

Do you offer catering, wholesale or special orders?

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Of course! We’re confident that you’ll love our cookies but if for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to replace your purchase or issue a refund in the initial payment type. Please note that returns or exchange requests must be made within two weeks of the purchase date. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
